BIDS:

No bid for less than $100.00 will be accepted. All breeding fees must be paid in full upon being the successful bidder. Failure of buyer to pay service in full constitutes legal action by the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Spokane for breach of contract, and forfeiture to bid at future Gallop Auctions. Checks should be made payable to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Spokane. MasterCard and Visa accepted. Mailed bids will be accepted if postmarked no later than January 21, 2008. Checks must be enclosed with bid. Checks will be returned immediately if bid is not accepted. Phone in bids may be made prior to January 27th at 509-990-4167, or 509-466-8719.

MARES:
|
|
Breed of the mare is specified in the write-up section for each stallion, and Gallop stallion contract. Mares must be sound for breeding, checked by a licensed veterinarian and have a clean certificate of health. Package does not include boarding of the mare or transported semen. Price and requirements for boarding or transported semen are to be set by the stallion owner with their farm contract. There will be no refunds from the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Spokane to the buyer of the service with the exception of: Should the stallion die or become sterile for breeding purposes and said mare has not been serviced by said stallion. Then any moneys paid by mare owner to THE RONALD McDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES OF SPOKANE shall, upon proper verification of the stallion owner, be given credit to purchase another stallion fee in the succeeding RONALD McDONALD HOUSE GALLOP Stallion Service Sale for the credit amount paid. If credit balance remains, credit will be issued for the balance the second year.

The mare owner and/or the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Spokane will not be responsible for any accident, sickness, or death to stallion. Each stallion owner and service buyer will be responsible for the mare care or transported semen contract between stallion owner and buyer of service.

The week of the January 28th, services that did not sell will be listed on this site offered at half their stud fee to the first interested buyers.
